POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

- Vaccinations: Proof of Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella required for all services.
- Preventatives: All pets must be current on veterinarian-approved flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
- Assessment: Daycare and group boarding require a successful free introductory assessment.
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for daycare; 72-hour notice for boarding stays to avoid fees.
- Medical Disclosure: Full disclosure of any new medications or health conditions is mandatory prior to drop-off.
